Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Slam Club, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services, memberships, and products. However, please review the following refund and cancellation policies carefully, as they outline the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be granted.

 

1. Classes and Memberships

1.1 Non-Refundable Policy

  • Classes and Membership Packages: All purchases for classes, memberships, and training sessions are non-refundable. We encourage you to consider your commitment before purchasing a package or membership.

  • Refunds are not granted for missed classes or unused membership periods.

1.2 Cancellations

  • You must cancel a class at least [12 hours] in advance to avoid forfeiting the session. Cancellations can be made through our online system or by contacting the gym directly.

  • Memberships may be canceled with a [30-day] written notice, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

1.3 Freezing Memberships

  • Members may freeze their accounts for up to [3 months] in cases of medical conditions or extended travel. Documentation may be required.

 

2. Retail Purchases (Merchandise)

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned or exchanged within [30 days] of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Sale items and promotional merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

2.2 Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if the return is made within [7 days]. For returns made after [7 days] but within [30 days], store credit will be issued.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Price differences for exchanges will be applied to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

2.3 No Receipt, No Return Policy

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.

 

3. Special Circumstances

3.1 Medical Exceptions

  • In the event of a long-term medical condition that prevents participation, memberships may be canceled or refunded with valid documentation from a healthcare provider.

3.2 Relocation

  • If you relocate more than [25 miles] from Slam Club’s facility, your membership may be canceled. Proof of relocation may be required.

 

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within [10 days] of the transaction. We will review your case and, if appropriate, issue a refund or credit.
