Slam Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Slam Club! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Slam Club’s services, facilities, website, and mobile applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all Slam Club services, including:

  • Fitness classes, workshops, and events at our physical location.

  • Online fitness content, bookings, and other digital services.

  • Retail products purchased through our studio or online platform.

2. Membership Terms

2.1 Membership Eligibility

  • Memberships are available to individuals aged 16 and older. Minors aged 16–17 may join with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

2.2 Billing and Payments

  • Membership fees are billed monthly and must be paid on time to maintain access to services.

  • Payment information must be accurate and current.

2.3 Freezing and Cancellation Policies

  • Members may freeze their accounts for up to 3 months annually due to medical conditions, travel, or other valid reasons. Documentation may be required.

  • Cancellations require a 30-day written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Class Policies

3.1 Reservations

  • Classes must be reserved in advance via our website or mobile app.

  • Members must arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot.

3.2 Cancellations and No-Shows

  • To avoid losing a session or incurring a fee, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions or fees.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Memberships, class packages, and training sessions are non-refundable.

  • Classes or sessions missed due to late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

4.2 Retail Purchases

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with the original receipt.

  • Sale items and promotional products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

4.3 Special Exceptions

  • Refunds or cancellations may be considered for medical conditions or relocation beyond 25 miles from Slam Club. Documentation may be required.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including injury or health complications. By engaging in Slam Club’s services, you accept these risks.

  • Consult your physician before beginning any fitness program. Slam Club is not liable for injuries or health issues arising from participation.

5.2 Conduct and Equipment Use

  • Members must follow all safety guidelines and use equipment as instructed.

  • Misuse of facilities or equipment, or disruptive behavior, may result in suspension or termination of membership.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection

  • We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and payment information to provide services.

  • Usage data (e.g., IP addresses, browser types, fitness progress) may be collected to improve services.

6.2 Use of Data

  • Your data is used to process payments, communicate updates, and improve user experience.

  • We do not sell personal information to third parties.

6.3 Cookies and Tracking

7. Limitation of Liability

Slam Club is not responsible for injuries, health complications, or damages arising from participation in fitness activities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Slam Club content without prior written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

9.1 Arbitration Agreement

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Dallas, Texas.

9.2 Waiver of Class Action

  • All claims must be brought individually. Class actions and joint claims are not permitted.

10. COVID-19 and Special Health Considerations

  • By participating in our services, you acknowledge the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and agree to follow all health protocols.

  • Slam Club is not liable for illness, including COVID-19, contracted at its facilities.

11. Amendments

Slam Club reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
