Do I need prior wrestling or fitness experience to join?Not at all! Slam Club is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes. Our trainers provide modifications to help you progress at your own pace.

Can I try a class before signing up for a membership?Absolutely! We offer an introductory classes with discounted first-time passes. Check out our schedule to book your spot.

How do I sign up for classes or memberships?You can sign up online through our website, call us, or visit our gym in person.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?We understand life happens. Members can reach out to us to review your membership and with advance notice we can work to freeze — check the membership policies for details.

What should I wear or bring to class?Wear comfortable workout clothes. Athletic shoes are not allowed in Mat Room, Sauna, or Mediation spaces - we will provide appropriate socks to all members. You don’t need to bring any equipment.

What membership plans does Slam Club offer?We offer several membership options to cater to different needs: Foundation Membership: 4 group classes + 1 meditation class per month. Champion Membership: 10 group classes, 5 meditation classes, access to all events. Legacy Membership: Unlimited classes, unlimited meditation and sauna access, full amenities, 1 guest pass/month, and event access. Slam Students: Unlimited wrestling practices for students. Are there any drop-in classes or short-term memberships?Yes! We offer a Drop-In Pass for $35, which grants access to one group class of your choice.
