Class Description
Mat Strength builds deep core control through wrestling inspired mat work and Bulgarian bag positioning. Members stay low and grounded, working through sit outs, switches, sprawls, base transitions, and controlled pressure holds. The Bulgarian bag adds load, tension, and instability to challenge the core in all planes. This is wrestling strength training at its most technical and controlled. What the class includes: • Mat based core drills including sit outs, switches, and base changes • Bulgarian bag holds for rotational and anti rotation strength • Slow controlled mat transitions • Core flow sequences for stability and balance • Pressure control and body tension work • Breath and stability reset to close the session For anyone who wants: A grounded core session.
