Class Description

Leg Zone isolates the lower body through wrestling footwork, stance work, level changes, and Bulgarian bag patterns that create intense leg activation. This class focuses strictly on quads, hamstrings, glutes, hips, and stabilizers. Members work through tempo based squats and hinges, fast footwork rounds, tension holds, bag assisted lower body strength, and stance driven conditioning. Everything is legs and everything is wrestling based. What the class includes: • Wrestling stance and footwork conditioning • Bag assisted squats, lunges, and hinges • Level change training for explosive leg strength • Lower body tension and endurance work • Stabilizer and balance training through wrestling mechanics • Core bracing to support lower body control For anyone who wants: A serious lower body workout.
