Class Description
Leg Zone isolates the lower body through wrestling footwork, stance work, level changes, and Bulgarian bag patterns that create intense leg activation. This class focuses strictly on quads, hamstrings, glutes, hips, and stabilizers. Members work through tempo based squats and hinges, fast footwork rounds, tension holds, bag assisted lower body strength, and stance driven conditioning. Everything is legs and everything is wrestling based. What the class includes: • Wrestling stance and footwork conditioning • Bag assisted squats, lunges, and hinges • Level change training for explosive leg strength • Lower body tension and endurance work • Stabilizer and balance training through wrestling mechanics • Core bracing to support lower body control For anyone who wants: A serious lower body workout.

Cancellation Policy
Slam Club Policies At Slam Club, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience while respecting the schedules of all our members and instructors. Below are our policies for booking, cancellations, and waitlists to ensure smooth operations: Booking Policies: - Members can book classes, appointments, and courses up to 1 week in advance. - Late bookings are allowed, subject to availability. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies: - Members can cancel their bookings up to 12 hours before the start time without penalty. - Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the start time. Cancellation Fees: - No fee for cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session. - A 50% fee applies for cancellations or no-shows within 1 hour of the session. Waitlist Policies: - Members can join a waitlist for fully booked classes. - Maximum waitlist capacity is 10 participants. - Open spots on the waitlist are held for 5 minutes once a notification is sent. Payment Policies: - Payment details are required at the time of booking. - Members purchasing a membership or package alongside booking will provide payment information twice but will only be charged once. Class Capacity: - Each fitness class accommodates a maximum number of participants to ensure quality and personalized attention.
