Class Description

Bulgarian Burn is the complete full body strength experience. Every block uses the Bulgarian bag to train hinge mechanics, rotational strength, explosive lifts, and real wrestling transitions. Members move through power sequences, controlled rotations, bag swings, shoulder loads, and footwork based strength patterns. This is total body training with the Bulgarian bag as the center of all movement. What the class includes: • Full body Bulgarian bag lifts and swings • Wrestling inspired level changes and transitions • Rotational power and anti rotation work • Bag shouldering and dynamic carry patterns • Total body endurance and tension control • Continuous core engagement For anyone who wants: A complete full body strength session.
