Class Description
Foundation introduces members to the core wrestling movements that shape our entire studio program. This class teaches level changes, stance work, base control, posture, and the proper way to handle and move the Bulgarian bag. Members learn how to transition safely, hold tension, keep balance, and understand how wrestling movement translates into fitness. The pace is slow, technical, and confidence building. What the class includes: • Wrestling stance, posture, and base training • Intro to Bulgarian bag handling and positioning • Beginner level changes and controlled transitions • Balance and footwork drills • Slow strength blocks using light Bulgarian bags • Foundational core bracing and breathwork For anyone who wants: A safe and supportive entry point into wrestling inspired training with the Bulgarian bag as the primary tool.
