Class Description
Powerhouse trains the upper body through the movements wrestlers rely on for control, pressure, and explosive action. The Bulgarian bag is used to train dynamic pushing, rotational strength, grip endurance, and upper body drive. Members cycle through strength sequences, powerful throws, upper body pulls, and mobility based wrestling movements. It is athletic, intense, and rooted in the type of upper body work used in real wrestling. What the class includes: • Upper body Bulgarian bag strength blocks • Rotational shoulder and arm training • Grip endurance and controlled pressure work • Drive patterns used in wrestling ties and controls • High intensity conditioning rounds based on wrestling pacing • Core bracing for upper body power For anyone who wants: A strong upper body workout grounded in wrestling strength patterns.
